We try to only use FedEx for our shipping needs. If you prefer another carrier, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All items are hand crafted in the United States and most pieces are made to order. This process can take between 2-15 business days to create. It changes at different times of the year. 

Our belts are also hand crafted in the United States and while we try to keep a large stock, odd sizes and skins can take up to 8 weeks to make.

If you need a rush on your item, this can usually be done at no extra cost to you. Simply call us at 775-882-8500 or email us at info@hardwareforgentlemen.com so we may accommodate your timeline. We are a small, family owned and operated business and are very flexible!

*Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days for order processing

Order Restrictions

Fast, 2-Business-Day, Next-Day, and Saturday delivery options are available, but please keep in mind that is AFTER the order is made. If you need something for a special date and you are worried about time, please CONTACT US at 775-882-8500 so we can help! Gift cards are e-mailed separately free of charge.

*Belts not in inventory can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks to come in... If this is going to happen to you, we will contact you to see if that is alright or if you want to exchange for a different belt in stock*

Delivery Pricing

• Shipping Pricing is as follows:
• Standard FedEx 2nd Day shipping within the continental US over $1,000: Free
• Standard FedEx 2nd Day shipping within the continental US under $1,000: $15
• Overnight shipping within the continental United States: $75 if under $2,500
  
• International: Free if order is over $2,500. If under $2,500 the fee is $75
  

Delivery Timing

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders should arrive as specified above. Please note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Your estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout and included in your order confirmation email. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Comstock Heritage reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined on hardwareforgentlemen.com.

When you choose the 2nd Day option, packages are delivered Monday through Friday 8AM to 8PM. Orders sent by Next-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8AM to 8PM for residential address deliveries and 8AM - 5PM for commercial business address deliveries. We recommend choosing Fast, 2-Business-Day or Next-Day delivery if you are shipping your package to a business address. You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

U.S. Territories and International

Shipments outside of the US are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. 2- Business-Day, Next-Day, and Saturday delivery options are not usually available for these destinations. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery to these destinations after we create them for you.
