The Sutro DeCarlo by Comstock Heritage is a small Sterling silver oval "Sutro" shape buckle full of gold. On a Sterling silver base we have a 14k yellow gold wire edge, 14k yellow gold scrolls, 14k red gold flower, and 18k green gold leaves. Centered in the golden flower we have a Montana sapphire. Fits up to a 1.5" belt straps.
