The New Lander Butterfly by Lee Downey is a medium size Sterling silver belt buckle featuring 800,000 year old petrified timber, New Lander Turquoise, and 6 Montana Sapphires. The butterfly like center piece has been hand carved and inlaid with petrified timber wings that are embellished with four purple Montana sapphires. The body of this creature is created from hand carved New Lander Turquoise from Nevada and two more purple Montana sapphires for the eyes. Every piece that Lee Downey creates is meticulously made by hand in his home in Bali, Indonesia and brought here to share with the world. This buckle measures approx. 3.5" x 2.75" and fits 1.5" belt straps.
